Sales can only be concluded by an acceptance of the TSA.
 
PRICING
Rolloff containers are subject to many local variations in pricing. Pricing can be very different by County and by State. You are being priced and charged based on the zip code of your Service Location. Pricing is subject to change at any point in time on any catalog item. Until you book an order for a specific item(s) for a specific service location you do not have a “price”. Please see "How does this Work" for a more detailed explanation of the process.

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to IWS.com or to products you purchase through IWS.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Camden, New Jersey, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate IWS.com's intellectual property rights, IWS.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of New Jersey, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
