Most customers want to know...

1. What is my dumpster service location?

    Your service location is simply where you need the dumpster delivered.

    People order Dumpsters for vacation homes, to clean out their parent’s properties, to renovate a shop, or for new construction.

    These locations are typically all different than a billing address.

    Pricing depends on where your service location is because local taxes, landfill charges, and transportation charges all impact the final cost of the Dumpster Rental service.

2. How do I schedule a pick-up for my dumpster rental?

    You can schedule a pickup or a dump/return by logging into your “My Orders” homepage.

    Your account information is your e-mail address and the password that you created when ordering your dumpster.

3. What if I fill the dumpster before my job's done?

    You can schedule a pickup or a dump/return by logging into your “My Orders” homepage.

    You may order an additional haul for your dumpster rental either on line or by calling 1-800-995-8212. Additional haul charges equal to the amount of the first haul will apply. 1-800-995-8212..

4. How do I change or update my Dumpster Rental order?

    You may cancel or change an order either on line or by calling 1-800-995-8212.

    Please have your order confirmation printout, with order number, available when cancelling or making changes. All order modifications must occur a minimum of one full business day in advance of the original service date to allow for processing. A minimum cancellation fee of $125.00 will be incurred for all order cancellations per the terms of the agreement.

5. How do I contact Customer Service for my Dumpster Rental

    Online access to your account is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The call center, 1-800-995-8212., is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am EST until 8:00 pm EST. In the case of an emergency an after-hours answering service is available 24 hours per day. Emergency services are based upon location and availability and additional fees may apply. All online orders must occur at least 36 hours in advance to allow for processing, as terms and conditions apply.

6. What if my credit card does not work?

    Typically Credit Cards do not work for 1 of 2 reasons.

    First, your Dumpster Service Location is where you need the Dumpster Rental to be delivered. Folks confuse that with the Billing address. Your Billing Address is where your credit card statements go. Usually your home or office.

    Second, cards fail for verification reasons. We're serious about keeping your financial information secure. We verify you address, zip code, and cvv infomrmation to make sure that it is you using your card. Sometime people slip a didget in an address or zip code. Or may have problems reading their CVV (I know I have to reach for my reading glasses every time).

7. Why do I need to use zip code for dumpster rental pricing?

    Trash Dumpster Rental Fees vary by Location
